The German military pastor Stephan Bauhofer has organised a time out seminar in Diakonie Kosova.
The German KFOR soldiers wanted to learn traditional Kosovarian food.
We taught them Byrek , Tave (kind of stew), Gurabia (cookies) and Leqenik (corn bread).
All the dishes have been delicious and the whole group had a great day, visiting our farm, and the youth center. Before we started the training, we told them, today we have one rule: “Whatever you prepare, on the end you have to eat it!”
