Diakonie Kosova Cooking School
In Kosovo we have a lot of restaurants, but not so many well-trained cooks.
With the support of Kindernothilfe Duisburg, our great Partner, and donor, we opened 5 years ago a school to train cooks.
They learn from the beginning basic knowledge of common food, hygiene, the different tools, and working security.
We train them to prepare traditional Kosovar and international food. At the end, a commission tests the food they have prepared. Part of the commission is the German ambassador, Mr. Jörn Rohde.
